What is diarrhea?

What are the types of diarrhea?

Chronic diarrhea

Diarrhea is just a symptom, and many reasons may cause us to have diarrhea, such as eating food contaminated with pathogenic bacteria (called infectious diarrhea). Severe diarrhea or long-term diarrhea may cause dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, malnutrition and other problems, so seek medical treatment. For example, Mr. A has diarrhea four times a day, but only the stool is not formed, there is no mucus or blood in the excrement, and there is no other physical discomfort except for low-grade fever and slight weakness. What should I eat during the recovery period of diarrhea?
In diarrhea you cannot eat
whole grains: sweet potatoes, corn, sorghum, wheat and coarse grains belong to
the class. Most coarse grains are not easy to digest for the human body. Eating
coarse grains during diarrhea will undoubtedly increase the burden on the
stomach and intestines, and cannot achieve the purpose of neutralizing thin
stools.
Do not eat high-fiber vegetables or fruits with diarrhea: Vegetables with
high-fiber and high residues are also not good for human digestion (vegetable

Typical of this type of vegetables are bamboo shoots, celery, spinach, fungus,
shiitake mushrooms, seaweed, and pumpkin and so on.
Don't eat greasy and spicy food for diarrhea: Greasy and spicy food is one of
the triggers of diarrhea, so of course you can't eat it when you have diarrhea,
otherwise it will aggravate the recurrence of symptoms. Similar things include
barbecue, spicy pot and so on.
During diarrhea you cannot have milk or seafood: these two things are indeed
the cause of diarrhea for some people. Such symptoms are likely to belong to
allergic enteritis, you should check allergens, such as milk or seafood. Do not
eat or eat less of the foods that cause allergies, which will reduce the
symptoms of diarrhea caused by the onset of allergic enteritis.
What food is better for diarrhea

When you have diarrhea, some foods are best not to eat. Such as all kinds of coarse grains, old corn, nuts; raw vegetables and fruits. Some people think that the more you have diarrhea, the more easily digestible vegetables you have to eat. This idea is wrong. Some fibrous vegetables, such as celery, leeks, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, etc., will worsen the condition if you eat them. Scallions, raw radishes, etc. are easy to flatulence, so eat less. Do not eat pineapples and strawberries among fruits.
